B Auto Parts offers a variety of limited warranties
on all products. Please review the following policies,
terms & conditions. The following conditions apply
unless otherwise specifically noted in writing at time
of sale.
- B Auto Parts LLC, warrants to the purchaser
that all parts are serviceable and functional. All
parts are guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise
specified. An additional warranty may be obtained
on drive parts only at the time of purchase for an
additional charge (excluding any parts over 75,000
miles).
- Invoice, Part and RMA# (return merchandise
number) must accompany any claim for return or warranty.
Sales person has the right to reject any and all returns.
- All parts returned after 45 days from Salvage
Yards, Body Shops, Repair Shops, Dealerships and Insurance
Companies will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- No refunds on new parts.
- Parts and deposits left over 7 days or one
(1) week will be forfeited.
- Exchange parts must be turned in at the time
of purchase or a core deposit will be charged.
- All body parts are sold "as is", any adjustment
must be negotiated at time of purchase in writing.
- Damaged or altered parts are not warranteed.
- Any drive trains requiring fluids are the
responsibility of the purchaser. All parts are sold
drained of all fluids.
- No warranty on seals, gaskets, fluids or coolant.
- Engines are guaranteed when used under normal
driving conditions. Engines are guaranteed against
knock, excessive smoke, and excessive oil consumption.
This warranty covers only the engine block assembly
all other parts left on the engine are for convenience
only. The parts commonly left on the engine could
include any or all of the following: intake and exhaust
manifolds, oil pans, distributors, fuel pumps, carburetors,
fuel injection systems, spark plugs, filters, water
pumps, gaskets, etc.
- We recommend that the following items be changed
before installation, input and output shaft seals,
axle shaft seals and water pumps.
- Overheating voids all warranties. If heat
tab is melted out or removed, guarantee is void and
no return.
- Cores must be returned complete and with this
invoice. Incomplete or broken cores are not acceptable
for credit.
- Refunds will be made for defective parts only
if a replacement part is not available.
- No returns will be accepted if the part has
been damaged by improper installation or operation.
Electrical parts should not be used for diagnostic
purposes. Any drive train part valued over $500.00
are warranteed only when installed by a certified
technician or authorized by B Auto Parts LLC in writing.
- Warranty does not cover claims that result
from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper
maintenance, improper installation, the purchasers
loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle,
towing expense, rental cars, hotel or motel cost or
freight charges.
- Seller is not responsible for delays in shipping.
- There is a $25.00 charge for any check returned
for any reason.
- Warranty shall be void if the part or parts
are not returned to us in the same condition in which
they are sold, or do not bear the identifying mark
which appears on all B Auto Parts LLC parts. We shall
not be responsible for any parts which have been altered,
modified, disassembled, or damaged by misuse or accident
subsequent to purchase. All parts are guaranteed for
stock installation only.
- The seller, B Auto Parts LLC, neither assumes
nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any
liability in connection with the sale of these parts.
We are not responsible for any loss caused from installation,
removal, repair, replacement or use of the merchandise.
- Unless stated otherwise on the face of the
receipt, no other warranty is made or implied.
- Body sections which have been cut off to
order will be charged a 25% handling and restocking
fee.
